Stop Smoking in 30 Minutes
The Facts Are:
More than 440,000 Americans die each year from smoking-related illnesses, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A pack-a-day smoker increases his/her probability of dying of lung cancer 1,100 percent, and other cancers by 200 percent; of respiratory disease, 400 percent; and of other causes, 200 percent. Also, a two-pack-a-day smoker decreases his or her lifespan from 20 percent to 35 percent. These are facts from The American Cancer Society. On average, lifetime smokers have a 50% chance of dying from a smoking-related illness.
One year after stopping smoking, your risk of heart disease drops by 50%, according to the World Health Organization. With the help of this program, you can stop smoking the easy, quick, natural and relaxing way with hypnosis. People who feel good about themselves do not do things to hurt themselves. Think about a longer, healthier life with more time, energy and money. Imagine shaking that cough and breathing a little easier. The answer is simple. Stop smoking in 30 minutes with hypnosis!
X-Smoker Update: 7 Years Later
Your name came up in conversation recently so I wanted to shoot you a quick note. Your stop smoking session with me back in 2006 stuck. I am smoke free after 7 years.
I remember the session like it was yesterday. I was ready and willing to try hypnosis but also very skeptical. It still amazes me to this day that you changed my behavior by changing my sub-conscious view on smoking.

It has been about four months since I had my "One" session of stop smoking hypnosis. I have been a non-smoker since I have left your office. I had all the typical withdraw issues, and I was not pleasant to be around for the first 3 days. The techniques you gave me worked great. It is hard to imagine that after smoking for almost 30 years, it only took less than 2 hours to be a non-smoker. The extra input in the session about weight loss has helped. I have quit smoking and have lost 20 pounds. What a blessing.
My father in-law who has been a smoker for 50 years, told me that only weak minded people can get hypnotized. I have laughed about that comment for months.

How are you doing sir? I wanted to shoot you a quick note to tell that I am doing GREAT!!! I recently started a program at the gym including a trainer.
It's truly refreshing getting my heart pumping and my lungs working at full capacity!!! My back is getting stronger (the pain is almost gone) and my whole body just feels wonderful with all of the cardio!! Why do I tell you this? Because, you made it possible.. Shoot my mental wellness has improved a great deal as well releasing all of the endorphins in my brain!!
I have dropped 8 lbs and an inch or so in two weeks. I will drop 60 lbs and dramatically change my muscle/fat ratio shortly.
Thanks a million and keep changing lives brother!!

It's J. L. and I got to tell you that I am impressed!!!!! I haven't smoked one cigarette since the one in your driveway before my session! I cannot believe it! Thank you so much! I wanted to talk to you about possibly seeing you again for another issue that I would like to discuss over the phone with you. I am not sure if you offer hypnosis for it or not. When you get a chance please give me a call ***-***-****. Thanks again and I will talk to you soon.

Just wanted to let you know how it is going for me. It's been about six months now and I am proud to say that after I left the session with you I have not put another nail in my coffin, whereas I was up to 1.5 packs a day.
This year has been quite interesting as I have gone through a corporate merger. Let's just say it's been interesting at work... I'll leave it at that.
I have made a few attempts at quitting and had limited success after smoking for nearly 40 years. When I quit with your program I am, in my mind's eye an X- smoker that would be ok with having a smoke. On every other attempt I was a smoker with a monkey on my back dangling a pack of Marlboro lights in front of me. There is a huge difference between knowing that you are a smoker and knowing you just rose above it!!! No more shortness of breath, smelly clothes or ash tray breath. It's cool to have my sense of smell back.
I can leave the coon dog at home now and tree the varmint on my own... he he
Thanks for cutting off the ball-n-chain!!!! It feels wonderful to be free again.

Just wanted to touch bases back with you after being hypnotized by you to "not smoke" back on June 7th, 2005. After smoking approximately 2 packs a day for 41 years.... and NEVER attempting to quit.....I decided to try hypnosis, 'cause I was POSITIVE I would not even come close to success without some form of "cheating".
I am glad I called you and went through with it, as I have not smoked even one cigarette since....and here it is February, 2006.
HURRAY FOR ME!...and HURRAY FOR YOU!
Oh yeah, also I AM NOT crabby with people smoking around me. It's their choice and does not bother me to be around...although I do now realize what people were talking about when they complained of the odor. I can smell cigarette smoke 30 feet away in an outside open air area. (I think it's neat to have my "sniffer" returned after 41 years. LOL) If anyone is "on the edge" about trying you, show 'em this or even have them call me. In my estimation, if I could do it, with your help, then ANYONE could.

Just a quick note. We flew out shortly after my session, and my mom died, and was buried one week ago today. I'm heartsick, but neither of us has smoked! Thought you'd want to know that. I'll continue to stay in touch as I become a healthy non-smoker.

Good Morning Barry,
I just wanted to drop you a note and say thanks. This is a very major life change and I appreciate the role you played in making my smoking go away.
It has been a little difficult since Saturday. I seem to think a little too much about the physical act but thankfully I do not seem to think about the chemical portion. I do think about “going outside” or “getting in the car” but like we discussed, it goes away. I am now trying to learn it is good to go outside and that is perfectly enjoyable without a cigarette.
This morning has been a little trying at work, there are still smokers here and their products can often be smelled in the halls. I am very happy to report that the smell did not make me want one; instead it made me a little sick.
Thanks again. I appreciate your support and the CD has really helped me a lot.

Well, it has been almost three months and I remain smoke free. I still have thoughts now and then but no desire.
B. B. - Desoto, TX
I want to thank you for the successful experience of hypnosis. As you know, I had my doubts, but it works. I have not had a cigarette since our appointment. I am finally in control and feel healthier already. I even started dieting the very next week and have lost 5 lbs. Thank you again for everything.
S. F. - Grand Prairie, TX.
Just a quick note to tell you that I am still smoke free after a year. I tell all my friends how successful your program has been for me and how thorough you are. Wow I still can't believe it after smoking for 35 years.
Thanks for helping me live a longer, healthier life!!

Stop Dipping and Chewing Tobacco in 30 Minutes
The Facts Are:
Smokeless tobacco is not a safe alternative to smoking. The concentrations of the cancer causing chemicals in smokeless tobacco are much higher than in cigarette tobacco. Smokeless tobacco use is one of the leading causes of oral cancer. Smokeless tobacco users are 50 times more prone to mouth and throat cancers than non-users.
With the help of this program, you can stop using dip and chewing tobacco. You can save money and stop spitting brown poisonous juice every 20 seconds. Improve your hygiene, health, and acceptability from your co-workers, friends and loved ones. You can overcome this highly addictive habit through hypnosis.
The Facts Are:
Stress related disorders cost American corporations and industries more than $150 billion yearly. Today, 80% of healthcare is spent on stress related disorders, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
With the help of this program, you can control stress and improve your health, your relations with other people and efficiency in your work. Hypnosis can help you to relax, boost self-confidence and adopt a healthy life style.
Control Weight Permanently
More Americans than ever before have as their goal for the new millennium good emotional health as well as more healthy bodies. It has long been recognized that anything that is done compulsively or to excess is evidence of unresolved emotional issues or unmet needs. Millions of Americans use food to try to satisfy these issues and needs, but ultimately create even more struggles for themselves as their bodies become overweight, uncomfortable, and unhealthy.
Dieting does little if anything to resolve these issues and usually further contributes to the feelings of failure and frustration. It is true that dieting sometimes can help you remove weight, but very few people are able to maintain their weight reduction because the emotional issues have not been addressed and released.
The Control Weight Permanently program focuses on you as a whole person, so that your self-confidence and self-esteem is increasing as you are eliminating the unwanted pounds and dealing with the emotional issues, all of which will enable you to maintain your goal weight and size permanently! My four session program covers all aspects of safe and permanent weight reduction and includes topics such as exercise, proper nutrition, reading food labels, and eliminating self-defeating eating patterns and junk food.
Hello Barry, just thought I might update you now that we are approaching the half way point between sessions.
Everything is going very well!!! We can really tell our desire for certain foods has diminished (me-sweets, breads, potatoes, rice) and our portions have dwindled. We are exercising regularly. The hardest thing has been not to expect too much too soon.
We have given into the scale a couple of times but the weight is decreasing and we have given into temptation a couple of times but we are trying to use those experiences as learning tools and use them to see what we were thinking at those occurrences.

Wanted to get back with you about our
Monday session. I've been very happy with our results.
While I can't say that salad is as good
as a steak, I can say that it wasn't an unpleasant taste to me. I don't know if
you know how ingrained I've been against salad. I really mean it when I say that
I've never eaten one.
I think my friends would have paid your
fee just to watch me eat a salad for the first time. People that I work with
know for a fact that I never eat salad or many vegetables. So here we sat,
everyone watching me take bites of it.
My wife didn't get to see this little comedy hour. She had to wait until yesterday. I got a couple of tacos at taco bell...with vegetables. She waited until I had taken several bites of the whole thing before focusing on her food, because she was watching me.
It's funny as hell, but it's wonderful. As you said, about taking 2 weeks to a month to firmly implant new habits, I'm looking forward to continuing this habit. I can't see why it would regress, so I think it will only get better.
I've given several people here at the office, your website address. Don't know if you'll see a lot of activity from it, but it sure won't be because I didn't have success.
I'm going to see how things go for a little while and will talk to you about later sessions. Until then take care and thanks again...

There are three characteristics of successful people. (1) They take risks. (2) They make changes. (3) They see failure as a learning experience. We are the end result of our past thinking; to change our future, we must change our "Present Thinking." Your mental attitude, or your approach to life, is the most important factor in your life. Your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes represent the fuel by which you propel yourself through life.
The ability to change your present life and your future is within your grasp. Before that can happen, a change of mental thinking, which directs our attitudes and controls our feelings, must take place. Hypnosis truly is the easiest way to enhance self-confidence and change any kind of habit pattern.
Improve Self-Esteem and Motivation
Your self-esteem influences almost everything you do. When your self-esteem is low, areas of your life, such as your work and your socializing, are made more difficult. Poor self-esteem can be caused by past negative programming that you may not even know exists.
Hypnosis can help you change your self-perception and self-esteem. With the help of this program, you can learn to see yourself positively, improve your motivation, rid yourself of fear of failure and confidently reach your established goals.
An estimated 30 million Americans suffer from stress. Various fears affect as many as 12 percent of all Americans.
Fears are not all the same. There are three main groups. Specific or simple fears are the most common and focus on specific objects. Social fears cause extreme stress in social or public situations. Agoraphobia is the fear of being alone in public places from which there is no easy escape.
Feelings of fear are not just a case of nerves. You cannot overcome fear just through willpower and symptoms cannot be ignored or wished away. These conditions can be very frightening and disabling. Hypnosis can help you reduce and overcome your fears.
Public speaking is the number one fear reported in surveys of American adults. Stage fright affects not only the timid and socially anxious, but also those who are otherwise viewed as confident and outgoing. The effects of performance fear can be overcome. Hypnosis can help bring relief from fear as well as increase your tolerance to it. Hypnosis can help you boost your self-confidence and enable you to take a more positive approach to a difficult task.
The fear of needles affects more than 10 percent of the population to an extent that it causes them to avoid needed medical care. The benefits of preventive medicine often go unrealized without blood chemistry testing or beneficial inoculations. Hypnosis can help you develop new skills and overcome a fear of needles.
Enhance Sports and Academic Performance
Mental condition affects how well you perform, but it is usually felt that it is not within your control. Hypnosis can help you control variations in your mental state that keep you from performing at optimal levels.
Hypnosis can effectively empower and enhance aspects of your mental training. It helps you receive more benefits from relaxation, imagery and goal setting. Hypnosis increases control of performance arousal, concentration, pain and healing. It can benefit all who want to improve.
Hypnosis can be used successfully with a wide variety of habits including nail biting, procrastination, thumb sucking, skin picking, hair pulling, tongue thrusting and teeth grinding.
Nail biting can be the result of stress, learned behaviors, or just plain habit. Ninety-nine percent of nail biters have minor problems or a fixed biting habit. Fewer have a deep emotional problem of which nail biting is a symptom. In many instances nail, cuticle and skin biting is used as a tension reliever for pent-up emotion and it is a common reaction to stress and boredom. Nail biting is a habit that responds very well to hypnosis.
Procrastination is letting the low-priority tasks get in the way of high-priority ones. It technically refers to the avoidance of a specific task or work which needs to be accomplished. People shift into their procrastination mode when they perceive tasks as difficult, scary, or inconvenient. Procrastination is a bad habit. Hypnosis can help you to focus your mind power, feel better about yourself, and develop better planning skills.
My name is M. L. You helped me stop biting my nails through hypnosis. I have not bit my nails since. I believe it was about a year ago when I came to you.
M. L.- Boston, MA
Hey there...N. G. here...well....I am now growing nails :) Thank you so much and in the next month or so I want to make an appt for the weight loss.
I have not bitten my nails since that day...and I have myself under control about putting them in my mouth. Anyways...thanks again...talk to ya soon!

There are many reasons why people may not remember something. It could involve childhood amnesia, physical trauma, drugs or the natural decay of stored information. The number one way to trigger recall is by strong associations, especially emotions. Memories associated with emotions are enhanced.
Some of our memories are true, some are a mixture of fact and fantasy, and some are false. The only way to distinguish between true and false memories is by external corroboration.
Hypnosis can help you recall past events and stored information. It is important that the hypnotist only guide the recall and not do anything to implant memories in the client's mind. Only you can validate the information that you receive.
Sleep is vital to our health, happiness and the ability to succeed in life. How well we function in our daily lives is dependent on how well we meet our bodies' needs for rest and quality sleep. Sleeplessness is self-destructive and going without sleep is not an option.
Insomnia, the inability to sleep, or to sleep satisfactorily, can take the form of difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, early waking or complete wakefulness. Fear and internalized, unexpressed anger are common causes of sleeplessness. If there is any doubt in your mind about the reason for sleeplessness, it is best to have your doubt dispelled or confirmed by a medical examination. Hypnosis can help you to reduce or eliminate stress and fear and allow you to relax and obtain a better quality of sleep.
Tooth grinding is the clenching together of the bottom and upper jaw accompanied by the grinding of the lower set of teeth with the upper set. Although tooth grinding can occur during the waking hours, it most frequently occurs while we sleep. Significant damage is likely to occur with nighttime teeth grinding. Stress is a huge factor when it comes to teeth grinding and jaw clenching. Hypnosis can help you to relax and reduce or eliminate high levels of stress in your life.
Bedwetting is the involuntary discharge of urine while asleep beyond the age when a child or young adult is old enough to control urination. It is a common problem. No one wets the bed on purpose. Most people who wet the bed are very deep sleepers. If a medical examination has dispelled physical reasons for bedwetting, hypnosis can help to reduce or eliminate stress, build self-esteem and allow a person to obtain a better quality of sleep; a dry sleep.
Surgery and Recovery
As a preparation for scheduled oral or general surgery, hypnosis can help to reduce fear and apprehension of the procedure and create a feeling of calm and optimism. Mental visualization combined with positive hypnotic suggestions can reduce levels of pain and bleeding and enhance the overall healing and recovery process.
Chronic pain is the most common complaint that brings people into medical offices and hospitals. Pain ranging from tension headaches to that associated with muscles and joints often seem to control a person's life. Daily activities of chronic pain sufferers usually revolve around the symptoms of their pain. Hypnosis, mental visualization and relaxing breathing techniques can often help a person to refocus their attention and reduce the level of their pain.
Hypnosis can help you to relax and be more comfortable in any situation; however, hypnosis should not be used to eliminate, mask, or reduce any pain that has not been properly diagnosed by a medical doctor. Hypnosis should be used in conjunction with, not in place of, treatment and recommendations from a qualified medical practitioner.
