A personal hypnosis session with a qualified hypnotist is a relaxing, wonderful experience. As a client, you will be informed what to expect from the session, and all of your questions will be answered. Your hypnotist will discuss your goals and advise you what will work most quickly to achieve the desired results.

When you are absolutely comfortable with your hypnotist, the idea of hypnosis, and you fully understand the information you have received, then your actual hypnosis session will begin. This personal interaction between client and hypnotist should be your first option when seeking hypnosis services.
